Signing up with Doc Bag Express is made quick and easy for you. You are able to register through our user-friendly website by clicking on the “registerbutton, alternatively you can call us on 1800 275 467 and we can organise for a Doc Bag Ordering Book to be sent out for you for next day delivery and completely free of charge. Your convenience is our priority!

Only AHPRA registered doctors and nurse practitioners are authorised to place orders through Doc Bag Express.

Your prescriber number, distinct from your provider number, is a 7-digit identifier crucial for prescribing under the PBS. Locate it on the top left corner of your practitioner’s scripts. Unlike the provider number, it lacks a letter at the end.

Orders are dispatched for overnight delivery via Team Global Express (formerly TOLL) couriers. Please note that a representative needs to be present to sign for the delivery of medications.

All fridge lines dispatched to you are temperature-monitored to ensure the secure arrival of medications. In case of a breach, immediately place the affected medications in the fridge and notify us. If deemed necessary based on manufacturers’ research, we will promptly send you a replacement.

If using our Doc Bag Ordering Book, find a special pricing list for commonly ordered medications outside the Doctor’s Bag List. For other medications, note them in the “other medications” section of the ordering page. If ordering online, list additional medications in the “order notes” box during checkout. We’ll set up an account and provide a list of charges and payment information at the beginning of the next month.

For account payments, you can either make a bank payment using the details on your monthly statement or call us to process a credit card payment over the phone.

Doctors who work from home or do locum shifts are still able to order through Doctor’s Bag Express, as long as we can verify the prescriber details and an address for delivery of which the doctor will be home to accept the arrival of the medications.
